Terms & Conditions of Hire
Please see below the terms and conditions for Australian Prestige Coaches when hiring one of our luxury coaches. It is requirement for clients to acknowledge that the terms and conditions have been read and will be adhered to. Should you have any queries in relation to the information below, please contact our office directly.
Payment
All hires must be paid at least 72 hours prior to hire date unless otherwise stipulated by Australian Prestige Coaches. Further, a 20% deposit will be required in order to confirm the booking. Direct payment into our bank account or credit card payments (3% surcharge applies) are valid payment options.
Pricing
All hires are priced based upon the information supplied by the client however are subject to change and will be clearly determined upon receipt of final itinerary details.
Waiting Time
Waiting time can be charged as an additional cost depending upon the circumstances. The rate of overtime is determined by the size of the vehicle being hired.
Cancellation
Australian Prestige Coaches reserves the right to charge cancellation fees. These fees will be clearly defined upon receipt of the booking from the client.
Security Bond
A security bond may be required for certain hires. The amount and terms will be advised at the time of quotation or booking.
Food and Drinks
Pursuant to Federal and State regulations, there is to be no eating and drinking (except bottled water) on any of the coaches. Further, there is to be no alcohol consumed on the coaches. There is to be no opened or unopened alcohol brought on the coach at any time.
Conduct of Passengers
The client will be responsible for the conduct of passengers and for any damage caused to the coach by passengers during the hire. The driver reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons inside or outside the vehicle. If there is unacceptable behaviour on or off the coach at any time, the driver has the right to terminate the hire immediately.
Cleaning/Damage
Should there be any damage to the coaches or if the coach needs to be cleaned, this cost will be the responsibility of the passengers.
Coach Restrictions
Our coaches will not travel on any roads that are inaccessible, that could cause damage to the coach or put passengers at risk. It will at the driver's discretion to ascertain if the coach is capable of travelling on any particular road.
